Rating: - Forget the movie...!

if you've seen the film before reading this then big mistake. I am currently in the middle of reading The Davinci Code and Angels and Demons is truly a better read. Yes D.C has some nice facts and i constantly find my self googling 'Davinci' paintings (lol) but Angels and demons is so much more a thriller and the ending is a climax well worth waiting for. I'm so glad i read this book first but i'm a little sad that 'Davinci' is in the shadows of A&D as it's also a fantastic book (granted i'm only 2/3rds through)

The film is good but doesn't do any justice so read this first then eat your pop corn... couldn't recommend this enough! Truly breath taking...

Rating: - A demon read

I loved the Da Vinci code but actually thought this was much better. It was fast and breathless as they raced round Rome and the plot I thought was tighter than the first. I loved all the ambigrams and symbology references. The characters are so believable and the book is pacey and well written. Not too sure about the fall from the helicopter which seemed to push the bounds of imagination a little too far, but on the whole, great.

I wanted to read this book before seeing the film of it. The book is brilliant, at times I just could not put it down. If you enjoyed the Da Vinci Code you will love this. Although I have not seen the film yet I still highly recommend the book.

Angels and Demons
Another Thriller/Mystery from Dan Brown! It took a litle while to get into unlike the Divinci Code, but when the story unfolded it was jam packed with fast moving action and suspense that keeps you on the edge of your seat wondering what will happen next! well worth the read!!
