Fantastic book, providing many happy memories of having read it as a child. Highly recommended, to adults too!

Rating: - To be Read in Bed with a Snack - by A Fattypuff

This book is a classic. Read it now!!! It's been out of print for years and I've been scouring the country for it. Once you've read it I'm sure you'll agree that it should never be allowed to go out of print again. It has all the elements of a true childrens classic: humour; surrealism; grand adventures; and just enough of a moral. The quality of writing and plot are sufficient to warrent a wide adult readership as well, and, like all classics, it will never go out of date. Forget whether you're a Griffindor or a Slytherin, a Swallow or an Amazon; the REAL question is: Fattypuff or Thinifer?

Rating: - A book to both excite and challenge any young reader

As a child this was my favourite book. I think kids love books where children are able to escape from the 'real', adult world and have adventures of their making. Like another reviewer, I am really pleased to see it in print again and will be buying it for my young daughter and all my friends kids

I loved this book as a child and am delighted to see that it is print again. I shall rush out and buy it for nephews and godchildren!
