- Good Game
Graphics are basically CoD4, so it runs fast and looks great. Single player is more historically significant than CoD4 even if the gameplay is similar. Coop mode is a blast, especially on the zombies level. Multiplayer is pretty much as expected and will no doubt keep the game popular for a long time. Bit of a let down that Arcade mode doesn't appear as in CoD4, which gave the game significant replay value, however coop almost makes up for it. For me it's certainly been worth the money.

I enjoyed the game. so its not the best first person shooter ever invented, but perfection isn't everything. the game ahs a couple of downsides; its a little on the short side, the enemy seems hell bent on attacking you and ignoring the rest of your team, who are on the whole act more as connon fodder rather than a coordinated unit allowing you to plan your attacks, also it is a little liniear.
however, having now completed the game, i can say i did enjoy it. the graphics are great really cutting edge, and the game play is well thought out and allows you to get immersed in it for hours at a time.
In all this isn't a mile stone in first person shooters, and other than graphics it is a little behind the cutting edge. but it is still good and worth playing.

COD5 has a very short campaign mode. Your team mates seem to just sit there and fire at the sandbags or whatever is in front of them. But I cant just say bad things about it, that wouldn't be fair. The CO-OP Nazi zombie mode is very fun. It will make you play it all day non-stop! The Co-Op campaign is also very fun because you can work together to fight the enemy or whatever. The on-line game play is also fun. Overall I recommend you buy this item straight away!

Graphically very similar to Call of Duty 4 modern warfare, didn't have anything new added bar the flamer throwers. The solo levels lack any real plot and are disapointing. Mainly based on piles of people that need shooting similar to the American city levels of COD4 but without any of the levels that involve a good story or plot. I really enjoyed COD4 and found this lacked quite a bit. The highlight for me was the Flying Boat mission, but this one really wasn't very realistic at all (otherwise the Japanses Navy would have been destroyed by three or four flying boats). Found the game had a bit too much of a saddistic streak (the creators obviously have a flame thrower fettish). Worth buying? Not really sure. If your all time favourite COD was Modern Warfare, then you will be disapointed. If you haven't got Modern Warfare, then get that first. To sum it up, I would suggest it got renamed Call of Duty - Canon Fodder. I had no issues getting the game to work at all on my XP system.

- Call of Pants: World of not working
About a year and a half ago I bought COD4: Modern warfare and loved it, the game play was good and the single player story line was interesting. However, the only downside was that it kept coming up with the same error 'Insert correct disc into DVD-ROM', after much fiddling and updating (to no effect) I finally succumbed to downloading and installing a no DVD hack and lo and behold the game worked ...great! You can imagine my dissapointment when exacly the same problem occured for the new game. I couldn't believe it! I contacted Activision for their help and got nothing, well apart from the same spiel they put on their website (help files my back side). Therefore my advice to anyone considering buying this game is DON'T!! If Activision can't be bothered to fix a straightforward problem as disc security after a couple of years development, then what else have they failed to improve in what can only be regarded as sloppy work. We want games to entertain (especially at that price) not corporate run outs to satisfy profits.
