- Great, but disappointing start
I've had the same P/Cooker for 22 years, using it twice a month to make soup. Only needed 1 new seal in all that time. Decided to get a bigger one and settled on the Tower 4372. After 4 uses the seal went!! A big chunk just came straight off it. Am awaiting a replacement.
Am very impressed by the quiet operation and slick mechanisms.

- Better than Prestige
I have had a prestige pressure cooker for 25 years - decided to go for the Tower after reading the reviews.
Best thing about it is the low noise level when at hight pressure - can hold a conversation in the kitchen now!!
Fantastic product - can't recommend it highly enough - shame someone doesn't bring out a better pressure cooker cook book to go with it as mine is an ancient Sainsburys book with a recipe for tripe and onions in it!

- Pressure review
Pressure cooker great, very easy to use, my wife loves it and it has lots of safety features. The best feature being the non stick surface as it makes for very easy cleaning after use. I went for the free delivery and it actually came sooner than estimated. A big thumbs up from me and the missus.

- Great cooker makes no mistakes
It is surprising that few department stores actually do pressure cookers nowadays. The black and white instruction booklet that comes with the cooker is full of useful information, guidelines and recipes. The spare parts are now clearly marked with a note saying "Replaceable Fusible Plate". It really is very easy to use. As a result, it has become a regular feature in my kitchen. It is also nice to find out that the "hsss..." noise is not so loud when the internal pressure reaches the correct level. I bought this pressure cooker as my new year gift and I am very satisfied with it. Also, the price here (with free delivery) is cheaper than that in Argos. Greate value!

- excellent piece of equipment
well built piece of equipment. has three safety features - the thing the weight goes on; another safety valve that raises and vents excess steam, then lastly a fusible disk. if both the other two are blocked - this disc melts and vents all the steam. a word of advice - keep the spares of this disc safe - they are loose in the pressure cooker & i threw them away thinking they were excess packaging. make sure you stock up on these discs from cust service in case you blow them as well - as they are not always in stock. note that i blew mine because of overfilling, not because of any fault of the design. in fact if it was not for the design, i would probably be redesigning my kitchen.
