This machine worked great for a few months and then started leaking. Not very nice to have a counter top full of spilled coffee!!!! The rubber seal seems to not reset properly

Easy to use. Simple to clean and ready for the next lot. Yes the filter does stain but if only using for coffee - doesn't matter. The only grumble is that the coffee is not very hot when just made but heats up on the plate if left for a couple of minutes before using.

- Not just for coffee drinkers!
I am obsessed with having cups of tea all the time! So I was really pleased when I saw this tea maker for sale. Of course it also makes coffee, but I wasn't so fussed about that part!
The machine is from Kenwood so you can rely on it being good quality. It seems very well made and I've had no problems with mine so far. It looks very pleasant on the work top and is really nicely designed, if a bit bulky.
It is super easy to use - you can set it to come on at a particular time and make tea for you, or you can just make it start straight away. It boils the water, pushes it through the teabags and makes up to 12 cups or 6 mugs of tea at the push of a button. All you need to do is add milk!
A fab invention.

- Nice Cuppa
Great product that does what it says on the box. All the reviews are accurate and this is definitely a good buy. I only gave it 4 stars because when you lift the lid to take out the grouts, the condensation on the underside of the lid runs down the back. But hey, that is no big deal when it makes such a great cup of coffee and tea that is dispensed piping hot.

- Great Machine
My old machine died and I needed a quick replacement. My father had bought one of these in South Africa and he was impressed with it, so I decided rather than trawling through the 100s of reviews, I would go with this one. I was surprised at how much bigger it was than most machines and I wasn't all that impressed with its 'plastic' look and feel. Then I used it and I changed my mind. It is easy to fill, it took a short time to produce coffee and I found the way it dispensed it really good. Plus it kept the coffee really hot, for a long time, without it getting that burnt and bitter after taste. It was also easy to clean. I used the timer facility and can now wake up to hot coffee everyday, without the fuss off doing it when I'm half asleep. If you want something to impress your friends with its good looks, on the kitchen counter, then this is not for you. If you want a machine that makes great tasting coffee, with the minimum of fuss, then this the one you want.

This makes excellent hot coffee. No glass parts to break and coffee dispensed without a drip. Have so far only made small quantities and have not tried the timer but results so far warrant a 5 star rating. After makers that produce lukewarm coffee, have jugs that drip everywhere and water tanks that are almost impossible to fill, I cannot believe how lucky I was to buy this one.
