Average rating - 4.5 out of 5

Rating: 5 of out 5 - A fantastic sing-along CD to bounce around the room to!

I heard of Save Ferris from the 10 Things soundtrack and have been searching for ages to find some of their stuff. I finally had to import this from the US on Amazon.co.uk site. I love the CD. Got some great songs like I'm Not Crying For You, You're Friend and What You See Is What You Get. Great songs for me as I've just split up with my boyfriend! I love the CD from the first listen, a definite reccomendation.

Rating: 4 of out 5 - Feeling down? Stick this on and you're feelin' fine!!

From the very first track you feel like dancing and jumping around coz it's such a happy sound! Save Ferris are definately back on top form with their latest offering. I instantly loved "Turn It Up", but, to be perfectly honest - I was dissappointed with the rest of the album, AT FIRST. I didn't want to write "Modified" off just yet. Upon further listening, I realsied what a great album it really is. As I write this I'm listening to it. It's not as memorable as their previous album "It Means Everything" but fantastic nonetheless. From the fast almostborderingonpunk ska to the chilled out "No Love" to the slow, romantic "Let Me In" (which appeared in "Roswell High") this has something for all musical tastes. The only thing I'm sad about is the change in Monique Powell's voice - I don't know if it's the recording or the production or her actual voice - the fantastic, strong, unmistakeable, almost brashness of her voice had faded into a smoother sound which tends to fade into the background. I haven't let this spoil my enjoyment of the record and I hope you don't either!!!

Rating: 5 of out 5 - Long Live Save Ferris

Save ferris's latest album improves on their already impressive collection superb punk/ska albums. They have changed their sound slightly for this latest release but there up-beat charm and funky sounds keep you coming back again and again. Bloody Brilliant! Also check out "Reel Big Fish" who also rock this genre.
