Rating: 5 of out 5 - Please Read

wu tang clan came out in 1993 with kung fu influenced album 36 chambers [named after 1978 movie] , which led them to hip hop domination. After the flawless debut , they dropped 3 solo albums at similar level. Gza with liquid swords in 95 along with raeks cuban linx .And year before that with tical by method man.

All albums were magnificent , 1996 brought fourth ghostface killah solo debut ironman. Another wu banga . However as hip hop slowly became more mainstream , everyones wonderin if they could drop another clasis , as a group they did , which was 1997 wu tang forever.

On solo terms late 1999 ghostface came out with his second "supreme clientele " , which was superior to his debut via production and lyricals. Belive me if you have previous wu classics , then this one is up their witth them. Easily one of the greatest albums of the 21st centuary . And top 5 of best wu albums. For wu fans this is a must have. I slept on this record for a very long time !! , dont make the same mistake . I reccomend this to ironman .

Rating: 5 of out 5 - One of the greatest

This album has to rate as one of the all time greatest albums.
Ghostface took rap to another level. The RZA took a step back from main production duties and allowed a younger, leaner team to represent.
The rhymes flow like water and the beats are heavy. The music produced ranges from smokey and lean all the way up to club bangers.
Buy this album.

Rating: 5 of out 5 - Brilliant Wu Soloist Shines

Ghostface Killah - the high-pitched, medallion wearing member of the Wu who first made a name after being clearly introduced by Ol' Dirty Bastard in the middle of 'Da Mystery of Chessboxin' (track 6 on 36 Chambers).

He was always unique - he had a very unique tone of voice; he rapped long flows which would leave most rappers gasping for breath; he complimented the Wu's variation perfectly.
But would the shine wear off if he was on his own?
Hell no.

The follow on from the album Ironman, this still uses the Ironman theme - sampling bits of soundtrack from the real Ironman. But somewhere in here, you'll find some actual songs...

Each song has a unique style - theres the flowing sound of 'We Made It', the light piano sound to 'Malcolm', the slightly overwhelming yet still listenable tone of 'Apollo Kids'... the list goes on.

Ghostface wouldnt be Ghostface without his Wu heritage. Therefore, you'll find two Wu songs here - the remotely good Wu Banga, which is alright, but not as good as other songs in the Wu collecton, but the final Ghostface lyrical will blow you away. Then there is Buck 50, a sort of Wu-lite, featuring Cappadonna and the Method Man/Redman double act. This track is actually supremely better than Wu Banga.

All in all then, this is a unique album, maybe somewhat of an outkast among a collection of gritty, swear-a-second rappers, but definitely worth buying.
