Rating: - Fantastic from the german metal gods

Well, bought this just to add to my collection, thinking that nothing will beat Mutter, I was wrong. The tracks run off each other pretty well,including variety making it one of those albums you can listen to all the way through. RAMMSTEIN IS GUT!
Well done Rammstein, will definately see you live when you come to the UK after such a fantastic album!

Rating: - Fantastic new album by the kings of industiral metal

Rammstein found a great sound for the Mutter album, and have decided to stick to this sound. Overall, a great album, but quite like Mutter. The difference is that this album seems to be more commercial yet still raw with driving guitar parts.

With Mutter, they had some great songs, but also some that did not do anything for me. Reise, reise seems to have more great songs, and the rest are still very high quality.

Rammstein seem to be getting better and better as time goes on.

Reise, reise is a great buy!

I've been a Rammstin for over 8yrs,so i can say if your expecting an album like Mutter then brace yourself. The opening track Reise Reise is big and bulky no sign of the big enterance but quickly followed by Mein Teil which is real raw Rammstein at best, this is the bait . Dalai Lama is brilliant very powerful , wonerful stuff.Kein Lust a powerhouse metal song that sounds like a cross between perfect circle and the sweet. What can i say about Los , imagine U2 's rattle and hum and your there. Amerika is the only song in the world where you will hear wunderbar rymed with wonderbra very odd but fun. Moskau , im not sure about it sounds like Tatu and the girls voice is really annoying. Morgenstern is superb really good,Stein um stein is heavy and differein ,next a wonderful ballad Ohne Dich this is really good followed by Amour slow soft ending to this album. Over all this is still Rammstein but different , the album sounds so far removed from all the others when you play them in a row. it takes a few listens to be truthfull and im not sure how these songs will workout live. maybe a Reise,Reise remix album . This album is certainley a change for fans. lets hope the next album dosent take 4yrs.

The latest Rammstein album, Reise Reise, is truly one of the best albums I have been lucky enough to enjoy lately, and in my opinion, one of their best. Herzeleid is still in my book an incredible album, but this latest release reminds me of it in a way. Back then, Herzeleid was a major leap, and one of a kind. Nothing sounded like it before, and many tried so hard to sound like it after. Sehnsucht was different, and I am glad they did not continue to follow that path, as it would have been without me. Mutter, though at times fantastic ("Links 2 3 4 " is a great example), became kind of boring after a while. I keep going back to Herzeleid when I want a true dose of the good old Rammstein.

Then comes Reise Reise. The first time I heard it I was a little shocked. It starts off with music you would expect from such a great band, but nothing new. Then track 4 hits you.. starts off slowly, but wow, what a beat, and what an incredible combination of sounds and truly fantastic strong and very powerful. Which is why in my opinion, track 4 "Keine Lust" is the most innovative part of this new album for Rammstein. It suits them so VERY well. It does remind you of music by "System of a Down" - but you know what? they do it so much better!

The rest of the album has many highlights, and overall, this seems to be an incredible surprise. One I have listened to over five times in the last week, and I still feel as if I need more.

Once again Rammstein has provided great music. I HIGHLY recommend "Reise Reise" to any Rammstein fan, but also to anyone who enjoys real good strong rock. Rammstein's music is special, unquie, and this album is yet another example on why Rammstein is one of the best bands around.

Rating: - Kicks your ass.

Well, it has been a long wait since Mutter touched down, but it has been well worth the wait. Reise Reise is outstanding. From start to finish it is a masterpeice. The stand out tracks are form my view point

1) Reise Reise
2) Mein Teil
3) Los
4) Amerika
5) Moskau
6) Amour

If you listen to these tracks and are not blown away then your a fool. Mein Teil kicks your ass from start to finish and is the most complete on the album. However this is a multi lungistic venture. Moskau has some Russian embedded in it and Amerika is mostly Emglish! Finally i can understand what the hell he is saying. Don't be worried that they finally sold out by creating an english song, it is in the context of today and is purely a political gesture of how America is taking over the world.
In relation to their other albums, i have them all, i think this album is just a tiny fraction better than mutter. It seems more rounded and has a fresher feel to it. They are both better than Herzeleid and they all are better than Sehnsucht, the latter being a little too techno.
Till Lederman is the best front man in the world today. He has such a powerful voice, according to him Mein Teil was, "inspired" by the case in Germany where a guy allowed himself to be eaten alive. Remember?? Well anyway, he, Lederman!, kicks arse and you should do yourself a fovour and buy this album. I am a tight git when it comes to money and i bought it so you should too, especially if your a newcommer.
In conclusion brilliant from start to finish, with a few surprises along the way, Los being great but very differant, so go to add to basket and follow the on-screen instructions....
