- Part 2 even better than Part 1!
Wow, I really didn't think that It could get much better after episodes like "No Place like Home" and " Fool For Love" but it has Every single episode on this Box set has something good about it... Checkpoint: (9/10) Wonderful Box opener! Buffy is truly back with her kick ass attitude and witty one liner's checkpoint gives Buffy Fans everything they need to be satisfied Blood Ties: (8/10) Another Big Glory episode and Buffy finally kicks a tiny bit of Glory's ass (that back-flip kick thing!) Crush: (6/10) One of the weaker episodes of the Season, the return of Drussila is less than satisfying she and spike have lost their chemistry (either that or this writer doesn't know how to write them) I was Made to Love You: (7/10) I liked this episode I thaught it was funny in all the write places. (I always wondered whether Britney was supposed to play April) The Body: (8/10) Many people thaught this episode was, it was - for a soap opera but this is Buffy it lacked the flow and normality of usual epodes, but wonderful acting and scripting convinced me to make it 8 Forever: (8/10) There were bits about this episode I luuuuuuved; The funeral, the B&A scene, the end. There were bits I hated; the three-headed monster, willow-Tara-dawn magic talk and the beginning. Intervention: (8/10) Very funny, great acting from SMG but the Buffy-Bot they could have done so much more! Tough Love: (9/10) I adored this episode Willow's powers where incredible, Buffy kicked sooooo much ass and Glory is really becoming scary! Spiral: (8/10) Lovely crafted episode Buffy's fight scene was the best bit. This was an episode that really revealed everything we needed to know and set they scene for the finale episodes The Weight of the World: (6/10) A rather boring episode quite worrying really because it is the episode before the finale and there was no suspense the ending was just predictable. The Gift: (10/10) I thaught this was the best Buffy episode I have ever scene. So sad, So Powerful, So action packed and touching congragts Joss you have surpassed Becoming! :)

- Buffy the best show on t.v comes up trumps again!!!
Season 5 Box 1 of La Buff was definitely something special but this is believe it or not even better so much so that season 5 eclipses all the other Buffy seasons!!the great thing with Buffy is that it gets better with every season(except season 4 which stayed on a level parring with the previous seasons).Season 5 is SPECTACULAR!!! The plot is fantastic, the acting is out of this world, and it's funnier than ever!!!!!The introduction of Dawn is pure genius as is the season finale which must be the best episode ever!!(REALLY DIDN'T SEE THAT ENDING COMING!!)THe season is full of plot twists, and also incredibly sad and touching moments(ALL WITHOUT GETTING TOO SOPPY WHICH MOST OTHER T.V SHOWS FAIL AT!!)Oh and what can I say about Glory?!I mean how cool is she!!!!! SEASON 5 is a must buy!!!Full marks from me!Just can't wait for season 6 now!! 1 last point! It also completely outshines Angel season 2 Which must have been extremely difficult to do cos thats fantastic as well!!! Buy this and ENJOY

- Buffy is still No.1!
I have to say the second part of this season is fantastic!!, Riley is gone (Finally) His Character was just pointless and he just slowed the show down, and also "at long last" Buffy and Spike actually get along as friends. I nearly died when I saw the Episode Intervention when Buffy actually kisses Spike for real this time where previously it was either a dream or they were under some kind of spell. Season 5 is also a vast improvement over season 4 it was just to boring. The new Baddie in this Season is absolutly wicked!!. Glory who is played by gorgeous Claire Kramer & is set to return in Season 6, really leaves you on the edge of the seat especially in the Last episode with her showdown with Buffy. For fans of James Masters who plays Spike he was for the first time ever in every episode (1-22), in 4 he was only in half of it, 3 he was only in "one" episode and his debut season 2 he had a fair amount of time on screen. Michelle Trachenberg is brilliant as new cast member Dawn Summers (Buffy's new found sister) and really steals some of the shows most emotional scenes. If my memory serves me right she first showed up in the Nickelodeon film "Harriet the Spy". Anyway getting back to Season 5 this is a must have (including part 1) for any true Buffy fan and I give it a well derserved 5 stars.

- Not to be missed!
Buffy the Vampire Slayer at its best! Ever since the start the series has been great and now it is just beyond belief! We learn more about what Dawn is, more about the nature of Glory and the loss of a main member in Buffy's life. Also coming to a extremly exciting finale. If you think season two's was tense and emotional nothing will prepare you for the season five finale. Also break out the hankies for this tape as we also see the loss of a member of the scooby gang!

- Another superb season
Well then, after several months of following the season on Sky I have finished with Buffy's 5th Season. What can I say? It may not have been the best of all the season's since Buffy began but it has been great viewing. The thing that strikes me with this season is that there have been many fantastic episodes but also a fair few poor ones, but the good ones just about outweigh the bad. Season 1 was basic set up and very good, Season 2 had the best plotline to date in the series yet, Season 3 had a poor 1st Half but a superb 2nd Half, Season 4 was the worst yet, with too many average episodes and a poor main story arc but Season 5 was enjoyable and had a good story arc with great characterisation.
Here are some Pros and Cons of the Season (Big Spoilers if you haven't seen Season 5 yet).
Pros:-
Much better Characterisation than last season.
A good main story arc which thrilled to the last.
Spike - He was in fantastic form this season, James Marsters was inspired.
Dawn - I took to her in her proper debut in 'Real Me', she is a great addition to the programme, and Michelle T nailed the role.
Glory - I disliked her at first but grew to like her as a villain. She was funny and Clare Kramer did very well with the role.
Scooby Gang - They returned to being together after a year out.
The Doc - A great villain brought in late in the day (Well done Joel Grey!)
Riley - He left midway through, which was good because I disliked him.
Cons:-
Big Plot Holes - More than any in recent seasons of Buffy
Willow - They are changing her character too much, she used to be my fave but now I don't like her as much
Ben - The boring mortal inhabiting Glory's Body
Drusilla - We were promised her, we got her, but she was terribly wasted on Buffy.
I cannot think of much else I dislike, in summary I loved it, I hope Season 6 is as good.
