Rating: - a cunning, slick and sexual movie!

This was a truly fantastic film! I thoroughly enjoyed it and would watch it over and over again. It is a very clever film with an excellent cast including Ryan Phillippe, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Reese Witherspoon and many more. It is, however, a certificate 15 and for good reasons. There are sex scenes, drug refernces and coarse language. However, it is a great movie with many surprising twists and turns and an unexpected ending that leads you through the journey of true love and what people will do to get hold of it!
A great watch, this film deserves to be purchased.

wow what a movie..the connection between brother and sister is so taboo that it could and may well be true in reality! deciet deciet and deciet...lies...jealousy...lust..these are the main themes portrayed in the movie...a must watch for any teen..amazingly sexy....

I love this film so much, i have seen it about thirty times and i never grow bored with it. It's pure class, the acting is spot-on, all the cast give their absolute best ... the soundtrack, too is brilliant, i also have it, it ties nicely with the film.
There is something very artistic about this film, it's very sexual and captivating. i highly reccomend it.

(however, if you want mroe of cruel intentions ... there is no more. the second film is a disater ... i will watchign the third soon ... but i'm not expecting it to be much cop.)

BUY THIS MOVIE ... I DON'T KNOW ANYONE WHO DISLIKES IT.

Rating: - a guilty pleasure

Oh my god this is the best movie ever I cannot stress this factor enough. The movie has a fantastic plot though if you have read the book les liaison danderous then you will notice major changes (the ending), the cast are fantastic as a massive Buffy fan you will be completely shocked by Sarah Michelle Gellar's character but in a pleasant way also look out for Joshua Jackson's cameo (though he look's bad with blonde hair). Overall the movie is amazing you feel for all the characters (even Kathryn) you understand why they are this way and that they feel they cant trust anyone thanks to Kathryn's flash back and the phone call from the parents, you see they in turn have never been loved so they don't know how to love themselves they are afraid of getting hurt.P.S if you watch Kathryn and Sebastian carefully you can get some great tips on how to seduce guys/girls.
